2010 Workshop in Spain by Huihan Liu

October 11-25, 2010

• $4,650 for participating artists. ($1,500 workshop, $3,150 tour fare)
• $3,150 for non-participating spouses
• The group is limited to 20 participating artists. Spouses are welcome.

All Tour fare includes:

• International round trip airfare from Huston International Airport to Madrid International Airport, Spain
• Domestic airfare in Spain
• All ground transportation for arrival and departure in airport, paint out, evening trip to town
• Lodging (four stars)
• Three meals
• Bilingual guides/drivers
• Travel insurance

Single supplement: $600

Tour fare excludes:

• Excess baggage charges
• Tipping
• Personal expenses

Registration:

• Registration is accepted on a first-come, first-serve basis. If a workshop is full when your registration is received, you are automatically placed on the waiting list and will be notified by e-mail if spot becomes available.

• Registration is confirmed upon receipt for a non-refundable deposit of $1000 per person. Please submit passport copy and write a check of $1000 payable to Jean Chin by March 31, 2010 in order to reserve and issue flight ticket for the group on the same flight (Houston Departure). Mail to:

Full payment is welcome.

• Final payment will be made at least 132 days (by May 31, 2010) prior to workshop. Please made checks separated payable to:

Remaining balance $2150 or $2750 (Single supplement) to: Jean Chin

Cancellations:

• Must be made 132 days (by May 31, 2010) prior to workshop by e-mail or mail

• Cancellation after May 31, 2010 and before September 25, 2010, workshop fee $1500 is not refundable. Tour fare will be refunded with $350 service charge and air ticket penalty. Air ticket penalty will be subjected to the current airline rules and restriction.

• Cancellation after September 25, 2010, both workshop fee and tour fare are not refundable
